  Lovely service, very professional and friendly. They resolved our problem with the car in hour when the previous garage couldn’t find the problem during all week.Definitely we will be a regular clients from now on.Thank you Town&Country !

  Con artists! Rude! Ridiculous! Some stuff there is use to describe this lot! After doing my brakes back in December they advised there was knocking and play coming from the suspension (which I didn't notice) and this would be an mot failure. Gave them the car a couple of weeks ago to check this and to put right as the mot was yesterday. They gave me the car back and said no problem apart from a tyre needs sorting... still charged me the inspection fee although there was no problem, even though it was them that said there was initially. I thought ok I'll let that lie... what's £50. Yesterday comes and guess what.... they want around £500 to fix a problem that was supposed to get sorted 2 weeks ago leaving me in the lurch (also no mention of this tyre that was a failure) No apologies, tried speaking to a manager to explain the situation, all he could do was put me on speaker phone so him and his assistant/receptionist (who also tried telling me she was a technician) could gang up on me. Customer services skills of a dead fish. Anyway go get the car checked and mot somewhere else... and guess what... it's fine. I could go on I.e they ordered the number plate for us as it was cracked, yet failed the car on the number plate, with the brand new one just sat on the passenger seat, but time is short. Letters are going out to sukuki and to trading standards. ... makes you wonder how much money they've conned out of my mother in law who USED to use them as it was convenient for her. Seriously wouldn't touch them with a barge pole!
